Join a leading health, wellness, beauty and lifestyle brand, as a Product Education Specialist, delivering engaging product training and supporting brand growth across Australia and New Zealand.
About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be the go-to product educator, bringing a diverse portfolio of Health, Beauty, Personal Care, Home and Lifestyle products to life through training and events across two Sydney locations (North Shore and Hills District), with flexibility to work-from-home on Fridays.
Availability to work every Saturday is required, along with the ability to undertake occasional domestic travel as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual product training across Australia and New Zealand, covering Health, Beauty, Personal Care, Durables and Home categories.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, product launches, conferences and education events, presenting to audiences ranging from small groups to large-scale events.
- Adapt training content, including presentations, modules, handouts, webinars and launch materials, to suit local audiences.
- Act as a product specialist and brand ambassador, providing product education, guidance and support to customers, internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Represent the brand at events and conferences, building relationships and supporting product knowledge and engagement.
- Partner with Marketing, Brand and Training teams to support product launches, education initiatives and content creation.
- Manage training administration, including event coordination, bookings, reporting, feedback and maintaining training calendars.
- Work closely with leaders and internal teams to understand needs, improve engagement and deliver relevant training programs.
- Undertake occasional domestic travel as required.
You are a confident presenter and natural relationship builder with a genuine interest in health, wellness, beauty or lifestyle products. You have experience in product education, training, retail, beauty, wellness or consumer goods, with the ability to engage and influence a range of audiences.
You’re highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer and stakeholder support. With strong communication skills, and confidence presenting both in person and virtually, you enjoy creating engaging learning experiences.
You are comfortable using technology and virtual training platforms, and are available for regular Saturday work and occasional travel as required.
