Are you a community pharmacist looking for a career opportunity.
Join an established organisation within the pharmaceutical industry in a varied, client-focused role that combines product support, relationship management and commercial account coordination.

This is an opportunity to put your pharmacy knowledge and customer service skills to work in a different setting. You’ll support key customers, coordinate their product requirements and build lasting relationships while developing your account management and business development skills.
Previous account management experience isn’t essential. Your pharmacy background, ability to understand customer needs and proactive approach to solving problems are what we’re looking for.

About the Role

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will:

• Act as a key contact for clients, providing ongoing product and account support.
• Build strong relationships and understand each customer’s requirements.
• Manage customer enquiries and coordinate solutions through to resolution.
• Coordinate product requirements and projects, keeping customers informed along the way.
• Manage orders, forecasting, quotations, pricing and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to add value and grow existing customer relationships.
• Support business development activities and improvements to internal processes.

About You
Ideally, you’re a community pharmacist who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering excellent service—and you’re ready to apply those strengths in a commercial environment.

You will bring:

• A qualification in pharmacy, ideally with community pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
• An interest in developing your commercial, account management and business development skills.

Candidates with relevant pharmaceutical or scientific qualifications and strong client-facing experience are also encouraged to apply.
