This is a varied, client-focused role where you will support key customers and accounts, coordinate product requirements, manage customer enquiries, and work closely with internal teams to deliver a high level of service.

About the Role:
- Act as a key contact for clients, providing ongoing product, customer and account support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage customer enquiries and coordinate solutions through to resolution
- Develop a strong understanding of products, customer requirements and account needs
- Coordinate projects and liaise with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Manage orders, forecasting, quotations, pricing and reconciliations
- Identify opportunities to add value and support business growth
- Assist with business development and the growth of existing client relationships
- Contribute to process improvement within an increasingly digitalised environment
We are looking for someone who is confident working with customers and has the ability to build strong relationships while managing multiple priorities.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in Product Support, Account Management, Client Services, Customer Service, Sales Support or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and administrative skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
- An interest in the pharmaceutical, scientific or manufacturing industry
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as pharmacy, science or allied health
- Previous pharmaceutical, pharmacy, manufacturing or scientific experience, highly regarded
- Up to $100K + super
