About the Role

They are currently seeking a highly professional and engaging Receptionist to join their team in Parramatta. You will be required to work 9am-5pm Wednesday to Friday. This is a 6 month temp assignment, with a potential to extend. 
 
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you will be required to provide a wide range of reception, customer service and business support services to staff across the business
 

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the face of the organisation, delivering engaging & professional frontline services
  • Greet and assist all guests, visitors and staff entering/leaving the premises
  • Manage a very busy switchboard, triaging telephone calls, ensuring all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner
  • Inbox management, generating correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings including arranging catering, equipment and overall room presentation
  • Manage visitor and security access including swipe cards and inductions
  • Maintain reception processes and procedures manual
  • Manage, sort and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
  • Order stationery and maintaining office equipment
  • Create purchase orders and pay invoices
  • Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships

Requirements
  • Demonstrated Reception and/or Admin experience
  • Available to work between 9am-5pm, Wednesday to Friday
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
