Alexander Appointments (AA) is offering a hands-on opportunity to step inside a high-performing recruitment and people advisory business with over 20 years of industry success.

This is not a "sit back and observe" role—you'll be actively contributing to real recruitment outcomes while learning directly from experienced consultants and advisors.
 
If you're serious about building a career in HR, talent acquisition, or people advisory, this is your entry point.
 
What you'll be doing
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of industries
  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-enabled tools
  • Screening and engaging with candidates professionally
  • Assisting with job briefs, ad writing, and talent mapping
  • Maintaining and optimising data within our ATS and CRM systems
  • Learning how high-quality recruitment and advisory services are delivered
