An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and customer-focused Spare Parts Coordinator to join a globally recognised manufacturer within the heavy industrial equipment sector.

This newly created Laverton-based role offers the opportunity to establish and manage the Victorian spare parts operation, with the support of an experienced national team. Combining spare parts coordination, customer service and warehouse activities, it is ideally suited to someone who thrives in an autonomous, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer spare parts enquiries
  • Prepare quotations and process spare parts orders accurately
  • Coordinate deliveries, freight and returns
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service support
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day spare parts and warehouse function for the Victorian operation
  • Manage inventory accuracy and stock control
  • Pick, pack and dispatch spare parts orders
  • Load and unload deliveries using a forklift
  • Maintain warehouse organisation and safe work practices
  • Deliver parts to customer sites when required
  • Coordinate with interstate stakeholders to support customers and service activities
  • General operational and administrative tasks
About You
  • Experience in spare parts, parts interpreting, inventory control or warehouse operations
  • Experience supporting technical products, machinery, equipment or industrial parts environments
  • Background in heavy equipment, construction, mining, agricultural machinery, transport, material handling, industrial equipment or automotive sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Experience working in a standalone, branch or self-managed environment (highly regarded)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Current Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Current Driver's Licence (essential)
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail with a practical, hands-on approach
  • Reliable, organised and team-oriented
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
