Are you a capable spare parts professional who enjoys being a all rounder! We are partnering with an established global manufacturer supplying heavy industrial equipment to appoint a Spare Parts & Branch Coordinator for its Victorian operation in Laverton.

This is an all-rounder position for someone who can confidently manage customer parts requests while keeping the warehouse, inventory and dispatch function running smoothly. • Provide general administration and operational support for the Victorian branch
About You
  • Previous experience in spare parts, parts interpreting, customer service, stores, warehouse or inventory coordination
  • Exposure to heavy equipment, industrial machinery, automotive, transport, mining, manufacturing or a related technical environment
  • A customer-focused approach and confidence communicating with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing orders, stock and dispatch documentation
  • The ability to prioritise independently and stay organised in a hands-on environment
  • A current forklift licence and unrestricted driver’s licence
  • SAP, ERP or inventory-management system experience will be highly regarded
What’s on Offer
  • Up to $95K + Super
  • Newly created role with ownership and autonomy
  • Stable, long-term opportunity with a global business
  • Diverse role across customer service, warehouse and operations
