Are you an experienced Spare Parts Coordinator or Parts Interpreter who enjoys a mix of customer service, inventory control and warehouse operations?

Our client, a globally recognised manufacturer in the heavy industrial equipment sector, is seeking a Spare Parts & Operations Coordinator to take ownership of their Victorian spare parts operation based in Laverton.

This is a diverse, hands-on role where you will be the key contact for the Victorian branch, managing spare parts enquiries, stock control and dispatch while building strong customer relationships.
As the operation continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your skills, take on additional responsibilities and play a key role in the ongoing success of the Victorian branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to spare parts enquiries via phone and email
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
  • Prepare quotations and process spare parts orders
  • Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Coordinate freight, deliveries and returns
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control
  • Pick, pack and dispatch spare parts
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift
  • Receive and put away incoming stock
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse
  • Deliver parts to customer sites when required
  • Liaise with interstate service and operations teams
  • Provide general branch and administrative support
About You
  • Experience in spare parts, parts interpreting, inventory control or warehouse operations
  • Background in industrial, heavy equipment, automotive, transport, mining or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Hands-on approach across warehouse and operations tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Current Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
  • SAP or similar ERP experience (highly regarded)
