An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and customer-focused Spare Parts & Stores Coordinator to join a well-established organisation within the heavy equipment and industrial services sector.
As part of a major Australian expansion, this newly created role will support the day-to-day operations of a busy Queensland service facility. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, warehouse operations, and spare parts coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer spare parts enquiries
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate deliveries and returns
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide outstanding service support
  • Manage stock control, picking/packing, and warehouse organisation
  • Load and unload trucks and assist with inventory handling
  • Deliver parts to customer sites when required
  • Operate forklifts and maintain safe work practices
  • Support general operational and administrative tasks
About You:
  • 2+ years’ experience in spare parts, automotive, heavy equipment, industrial, or related industries
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Hands-on warehouse/logistics experience
  • Current Forklift Licence (HRWL essential)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
  • SAP experience highly regarded
