- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain, Warehousing and Logistics operations across ANZ
- Play a key role in shaping customer fulfilment strategies while delivering operational excellence
This role sits at the centre of the ANZ operation and is responsible for shaping and executing supply chain strategy while ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency and commercial performance.
With responsibility for warehousing, transport, inventory and fulfilment operations, this position will suit a supply chain professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is comfortable operating across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end ANZ supply chain function across warehousing, transport, and inventory
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned to business growth objectives
- Drive operational excellence across distribution, fulfilment and last-mile delivery performance
- Partner with local and international stakeholders to deliver supply chain initiatives and strategic projects
- Identify and implement process, systems and network improvements to increase efficiency, productivity and service levels
- Manage third-party logistics providers and transport partners to ensure performance expectations are achieved
- Oversee inventory management, forecasting, replenishment and stock availability
- Lead distribution centre and logistics optimisation initiatives to improve cost, speed and customer experience
- Support product launches, promotional activity and business growth initiatives from a supply chain perspective
- Develop, mentor and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Extensive experience leading supply chain, logistics or distribution operations
- Strong exposure across warehousing, transport, inventory and fulfilment environments
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers and external service partners
- Demonstrated success delivering supply chain optimisation, transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong planning, forecasting and inventory management capability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Proven people leadership experience with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
- The ability to operate effectively within a global organisation and manage competing priorities across different time zones
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
