About the Company

Our client is a global leader in transport and supply chain solutions, known for delivering reliable and efficient logistics services across Australia and beyond. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Transport Allocator to join their high-performing team in Horsley Park.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to play a key role in daily operations.

About the Role

Reporting into the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transport operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and monitoring fleet movements
• Allocating freight and coordinating daily driver runs
• Managing driver schedules and hours in line with compliance requirements
• Ensuring adherence to CoR and Fatigue Management regulations
• Communicating effectively with drivers to ensure clarity of tasks and expectations
• Maintaining accurate fleet and operational reporting
• Supporting day-to-day transport operations to meet customer requirements
• Liaising with warehouses and clients to maintain strong working relationships

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience coordinating or managing a fleet of 30+ vehicles
• Strong knowledge of CoR and Fatigue Management
• Solid understanding of Sydney metro areas
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A proactive, resilient attitude with the ability to work under pressure
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
