With continued growth and a strong operational footprint in Western Sydney, we are seeking an experienced Transport Allocator to join our client's busy team in Western Sydney.

This role offers a fast-paced environment where you will play a key part in ensuring daily transport operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will coordinate and oversee daily fleet and transport activities to meet delivery schedules and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily fleet movements across Sydney and regional areas
• Allocate freight and coordinate driver runs
• Manage driver schedules in line with fatigue management regulations
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements
• Communicate clearly with drivers to support operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate transport and fleet reporting
• Support daily operations to meet customer delivery expectations
• Liaise with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders

About You:

• Experience managing or coordinating fleets 
• Strong knowledge of CoR and Fatigue Management regulations
• Familiarity with Sydney metro routes and transport networks
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A proactive and reliable work ethic
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
