We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established logistics operation based in the Horsley Park area. This is a fast-paced role supporting daily transport activities, ideal for someone with strong administration and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Track deliveries and provide updates
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Provide delivery updates and ETAs
• Resolve transport and delivery issues
• Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
• Maintain accurate data across transport systems

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, administration, or customer service highly regarded
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using Excel
• Reliable and team-focused attitude
• Own transport highly regarded due to location
