About the Company

Our client is a well-established manufacturer within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, supplying high-quality products to customers across Sydney. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a reliable and versatile all-rounder to join their operations team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, varied position suited to someone who enjoys being involved across warehousing, production, and delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring products are packed, stored, and delivered efficiently and safely.

Your duties will include:

• Packing and palletising finished products
• Loading and unloading vehicles using a counterbalance forklift
• Completing deliveries across the Sydney metro area (MR licence required)
• Assisting with production and general factory duties as required
• Manual handling and movement of stock
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a practical, flexible team player with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.

You will have:

• A current MR Driver’s Licence
• A valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• Experience in warehousing, production, or FMCG environments (preferred)
• Confidence operating forklifts and loading vehicles
• The willingness to perform manual handling tasks
• A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the business
• Reliable attendance and strong time management skills
